By visiting our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, and customers using this website. PAWSHCO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

1. About PAWSHCO

PAWSHCO is a premium Indian ethnic pet wear brand offering handcrafted festive, bridal, and occasion wear for dogs and cats.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care to celebrate your pet as a true member of the family.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing and using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will use this website only for lawful purposes.

PAWSHCO reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if any activity violates these Terms or is harmful to PAWSHCO, its users, or third parties.


3. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. PAWSHCO reserves the right to limit quantities, modify product details, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

PAWSHCO makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. In case of a pricing or product information error, PAWSHCO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund after notifying the customer.

Please note: Product colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, photography lighting, or device display differences. Such colour variation is not considered a product defect.


4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on PAWSHCO, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.

An order is confirmed only once successful payment has been received and a confirmation email or WhatsApp message has been sent by PAWSHCO.

PAWSHCO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued. No additional compensation will be provided.

We accept payments through UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout through our payment gateway.

All transactions are processed securely. PAWSHCO does not store your card or payment details.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.


5. Sizing & Fit

At PAWSHCO, sizing is very important. Every pet has a unique body shape, and a correct fit is essential for comfort and appearance.

Customers are strongly advised to measure their pet carefully using the Size Guide before placing an order. Our Size Guide is available on product pages and includes measurements such as:

  • Neck circumference
  • Chest circumference
  • Back length

PAWSHCO will not be responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If you are unsure about the correct size, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order. Our team will assist you with sizing guidance.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Orders — India
  • Domestic orders are usually processed and dispatched within 8–10 working days.
  • Hand-embroidered or custom orders may take 18–20 working days.
  • During peak festive and wedding seasons, especially October to December and February to April, please allow an additional 5–8 working days.
International Orders
  • International orders are usually dispatched within 10–14 working days.
  • Delivery after dispatch depends on the destination country’s customs process and postal or courier services.
Shipping Charges
  • Free domestic shipping is available on orders above ₹3,000.
  • Shipping charges for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.

PAWSHCO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, public disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


7. Cancellations & Amendments

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are generally not accepted.

PAWSHCO may review cancellation requests at its sole discretion and will notify the customer of the outcome within 48 hours.

Customers may request a size or variant amendment within 24 hours of placing the order. Such requests are subject to availability.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered final.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the exclusive intellectual property of PAWSHCO. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Product names
  • Product descriptions
  • Photography
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Brand identity
  • Website content

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, display, or transmit any website content without prior written consent from PAWSHCO.


9. Customer Photos & User-Generated Content

When you share photographs with PAWSHCO through WhatsApp, email, Instagram tags, or other social media platforms, you allow PAWSHCO to use, display, and share that content on its website, Instagram, and other marketing channels.

By submitting or tagging PAWSHCO in such content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content.
  • You grant PAWSHCO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and share the content.
  • PAWSHCO may credit the customer wherever possible.

PAWSHCO’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi , India.
