Shipping & delivery
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery in India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International delivery: 12–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the customer.

Exchanges
Exchange window: Raise a request within 7 days of delivery for orders in India, or within 14 days for international orders.
How it works: Eligible products can be exchanged for another available size or returned for PAWSHCO store credit. If the size you need is unavailable, store credit is issued, valid for 6 months. Cash refunds are not offered for sizing or change of mind.
Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, free from pet hair, odour or stains, with all original tags, packaging and dust bag intact.
Shipping costs: For sizing or change-of-mind exchanges, return and replacement shipping is paid by the customer.
Final sale: Sale and clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged.
